Submit an Abstract

The deadline for abstract submission is February 10, 2025.

All abstracts, regardless of presentation or poster status, require a paper to be submitted before the conference for publication in POMA. We have a no paper/no podium policy. See the upcoming paper submission page for detailed instructions.

Instructions and Guidelines for submitting an abstract:

  • An abstract of not more than 200 words (~1500 characters) is required for each paper.
  • All abstracts must be submitted online at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ismra2025
  • If you do not already have an account with EasyChair, you will need to create one before you submit the abstract.
  • Enter all authors and their affiliations in the order they should appear in the abstract.
  • The body of the abstract can be cut and pasted into the submission site. Note that only plain text will be accepted (no equations or LaTeX commands).
  • Provide a list of keywords (or phrases), as per the form instructions.
  • You will not need to upload a paper when you submit the abstract. Papers will be submitted separately to POMA. See the paper submission page for detailed instructions.
  • Upon submission of your abstract you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
  • You will be able to access and edit your abstract up until the abstract submission deadline.
